Annual leave changes
QUESTION
Dear HR Community,
In view of COVID-19, will your company be implementing any change to your Leave policy – allowing for more annual leave to be carried forward to next year?
If anyone has done so, please share the circumstances and contents of your leave policy.
We are in the relocation industry. Kindly share the industry you are from too.

No changes to any leave policy.
And I have checked around and most are not making any changes to the policy.
Would be interested to hear from more.

There is no change in our leave policy i.e. only 10 days allowed to be brought forward as per company policy.
Staff have been encouraged to clear their leave to avoid any forfeiture as we foresee that when business
picks up next year, it will be disruptive if staff have to start clearing many days of annual leave.
