Hello fellow HR practitioners,

I would like to seek your advice on AWS / Variable Bonus entitlement for staff who took Maternity Leave. We have 3 office staff who took 16 weeks of maternity leave this year. Their whole year attendance was 30% to 50% lesser as they took other leave (annual leave, sick leave, compassionate leave, childcare leave). Any suggestions on their entitlement for AWS / Bonus?
