Commissions for admin staff
QUESTION
Dear HR Community Subscribers,
We are in the healthcare industry and want to give commissions to our administrative staff who work in the sales department.
These employees support sales by providing follow-up work and collection.
So my questions are as follows:
1. Do you practice this in your organisation i.e. give commissions or incentives to admin staff?
2. If you do, what kind of incentives do you give them?
I would appreciate any information or advice.
Thank you
Chua

As we are a sales office, every month we calculate a certain % from our total sales as a sales incentive and this amount is distributed to all supporting staff equally. - Jit
