QUESTION

Hi all,

My company recently introduced company panel doctors network to the staff. Staff are issued consultation cards for visit to clinics under the network and we are billed monthly for consultations made by our staff.

Would like to know how do you verify these billings. The medical group claims they do periodic and annual audit checks on them.

Fastest way is to get a report from your insurer broker with the breakdown annually before the audits and if annually is to long then you may request them to give you on quarterly basis.
