Dishonesty in the Workplace
Dear HR Practitioners,
Please share with me how your company practice to a staff that dishonesty cause company in lost revenue.

We view dishonesty seriously relating to work, especially lost of revenue to the company.
· Proof of evidence of dishonesty [theft / leaking of P&C business info, etc] must be proven.
· Staff is referred to Company’s Policy on this dishonesty’s disciplinary actions.
· Action taken against him covers immediate withdrawn of annual / performance bonus and incentives and/or immediate termination.
For most companies, honesty is part of their code of conduct.
Failure to adhere to it, equates to dismissal.
