Employee Benefits
QUESTION
Dear HR Professionals,
We are a Euorpean SME with about 20 staff headcount and provide basic benefits such as medical/dental/insurance to our staff and would like to know what are the other benefits offered by other foreign SMEs so as to improve on our suite of benefits. We also provide insurance coverage such as hospitalisation & surgical/personal accident/work injury/travel.
Thank you.

How about Flexi benefits – gym, specialist, maternity, optical etc and/or childcare leaves for non-Singaporean?

You can recommend work from home, flexi-hour working and 3 hours off to utilise in a month. Insurance coverage for staff other than hospitalisation. Staff who work 4yrs are covered with Group Term Life and Management level will be covered with Group Critical Illness and Group Term Life.
