QUESTION
Dear HR Professionals,
If there is a staff getting married, do companies usually give either in kind or monies to the said staff?
Thank you.

Depends on what your company has as staff welfare benefits. Monies will be more practical.

We usually pay him/her both "Marriage Leave" and "Money" as well. Marriage Leave is also paid leave. But money is limited in accordance with the benefits package of job level.
