Employee mental health
QUESTION
Dear HR Community,
We believe that Covid-19 has surely affected the mental health of employees.
But we are not sure to what extent.
We are also concerned that employees who need our assistance may be afraid to reach out to us.
And only if we are approached will we be able to know the kind of help needed.
Has anyone faced the same "catch-22" situation as us? How have you overcome it?
Did you conduct a survey perhaps?
We are in the venture capital industry.
Thank you so much.
Ying
