Dear Fellow HR Practitioners,

What is the practice of your company if sick leave is used up for the year due to dengue fever, wisdom tooth extraction, measles, etc such that the employee has no more sick leave left for normal illnesses like fever, cough?

Does your company grant enhanced/discretionary sick leave for longer sick leave (if no hospitalization is involved) like dengue fever, wisdom tooth extraction, etc? If yes, how many more sick leave days are granted on top of the 14 days?
