No, interns for 3-month will not entitle to leave or any other benefits from the company.

It depends. If the intern comes from a school or institute of higher learning, the answer is no need. They are under the school terms.
However, if it is a direct hire, the intern is covered under the Employment Act. So for 3 months, you will not need to award leave. But any longer, they are also entitled to leave. To cover liability, we will buy WICA and pay CPF to direct hire interns.

My Company does not provide official benefits to Interns.
However in the following instances, they will get to enjoy some benefits:
- Early release for occasions like eves of New Year, Chinese New Year and Christmas when we declare it as a half-day for employees
- Participation in Company events (eg Company Dinner and token prize for lucky draw, birthday treats, recreational activities, etc) should their internships coincide with them
- Welcome lunch
- Red packet/ang pow during Chinese New Year
- 2-hour time-off should they need to attend to something urgent during office hours
