Do you offer an instalment payment plan for HR Certification Courses?
Yes. Payment by installments for HR Certification Courses is available for those are self-sponsored and resident in Singapore. You will be offerred 3 to 4 instalments. This will be subject to the approval of the GM.
What kind of assessments do participants in certification courses have to undertake?
Participants will be required to pass all the competency-based assesments during the module. These will include MCQs, written exercises, discussions, presentations, case studies, and role plays.

Are you a free HR advisory?
We are NOT a free HR advisory service. Kindly direct your questions to your HR department or to the relevant authority.

Am I a Community Subscriber?
Our HR Community Subscribers will receive emails containing HR questions and answers daily. If you are not participating in our HR forum discussions, it is unlikely that you are in our HR Community.
What are the benefits of joining the HR Community?

Will Personal Data be shown when messages are posted?
All the information about our HR Community Subscribers when they register for the HR Community will be disclosed. Additionally, HR Community Subscribers' posts or replies to messages remain anonymous. This is to ensure compliance with our Privacy Policy & PDPA.
How do I post questions/comments on the HR Forum?
You will need to join as an HRSINGAPORE Community subscriber at HR Community after which you can then post your questions/comments.
The identities or company details of the Community Subscribers should not be revealed in the forum. HRSINGAPORE reserves the right to moderate, edit the questions/comments or not to publish them.

Training
Do you have evevning part time course?
No. Our courses are conducted from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and Saturdays.
What types of HR courses does HRSingapore Offer?
We offer a wide range of HR-related courses, including employment law, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, Hr analytics and more. These courses are designed to cater to HR Professionals at various career levels, from beginners to senior executives.

When will I receive the Course Confirmation after registering?
After successfully registering online, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your registration. Once the training course is finalized, a course confirmation email with detailed information such as the schedule and venue, will be sent to you.
How many times are the Courses and workshops held in a year?
This is dependent on individual training programs. You can join our mailing list if you wish to be updated on upcoming courses and workshops.
How do I register myself or my colleagues for a training program?
You can register online for any of HR Courses using our Registration Form

How many participants are there in your training programmes?
We limit the maximum number of participants for all our courses to practice safe management at the venues where our courses are held.
Can foreigners register for the Course?
Yes, we welcome participants from overseas who are sponsored by their organizations. Our courses in Singapore frequently host international participants, offering a diverse and enriching learning experience. Do note If a foreign party is not sponsored by their organization, they will need to seek the General Manager's approval beforehand.
Do you provide jobs or placements for foreign or overseas participants?
No. HRSingapore is not a recruitment agency. We specialize in offering HR certification courses, HRLAW Seminars and HR Workshops to enhance professional development and organizational effectiveness.
Do you provide invitation letters or visas for overseas participants?
No, overseas participants will have to approach the Singapore Embassy or High Commission to apply for a visa if it is required for entry into Singapore by their respective countries.
Do you assist to arrange accommodation for overseas participants?
No, overseas participants are responsible for organizing their lodging during their stay in Singapore.
Can I attend HRSingapore Courses if I'm not a HR Professional?
While our courses are tailored to HR Practitioners, anyone interested in learning more about HR practices or gaining insight into workplace dynamics is welcomed to join.
If I have no background in HR, which course should I attend?
You may wish to consider our Certified Human Resource Administrator (CHRA)® Course. This is an entry-level course where participants will learn about the latest up-to-date employment laws and HR functions, gain the required knowledge and develop skills in key areas of HR. Will there be any make up classes if I miss one or more modules for the Certified courses?
Yes, we will arrange for you to attend the missed module(s) during the next confirmed intake. Please note that all modules must be completed within two years for you to be eligible to receive the Certificate of Competency.

Where do you conduct your training programmes?
Our training programs are conducted in hotel seminar rooms in the central vicinity of Singapore. The details about the location will be in the confirmation email sent to the participants and contact persons.
Will I get a hard copy invoice?
A hard copy invoice is usually posted together with the confirmation. You may also request for an e-invoice.
When is the closing date for the registration of the courses?
Our closing date is about 10 days before the course commencement date of the course.
Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the end of the course.
If you had attended one of our HR Certification courses and completed the course successfully, you will receive a Certificate of Competency.
Is there any pre-requisite for your Certified Courses?
You may refer to the “Who Should Attend” or “Entry Requirement” section under the heading “Course Details” on the course websites.
Are there examinations for your Certified Courses?
There is no written examination but competency-based assessments will be administered at every module of the course. Participants must complete all modules and assessments before receiving the Certificate of Competency.
Is your Certificate of Competency recognized?
Recognition is always subjected to individual employers. We have been conducting HR Certification courses for the past 10 years and numerous organizations including Government Ministries and Statutory Boards, MNCs and SMEs have sponsored their employees for these professional programmes, reflecting the value they place on our training.

Is halal or vegetarian food or halal food available during the training?
Yes, you can either indicate your food preference when you registered for our full-day programme or inform us on the day of training at the registration counter.
Are complimentary car park coupons available?
Yes, complimentary car park coupons are available on a first-come-first-basis. Participants are encouraged to take public transport as our training venues (hotels located in the city area) are easily accessible by public transport.
Is there a nursing room available?
A nursing room can be arranged if required, inform us 3 days in advance. However, the nursing room is subjected to the Hotel's availability.
Can I get your yearly training calendar?

Will training sessions be conducted online or in person?
All trainings are conducted in person.
Payment
Can participants use MySkillsFuture credits to pay for the course?
No. MySkillsFuture credits are not applicable for our courses.
Does the course fee include GST?
There is no GST involved.
What are the available modes of payment?
Payments by your organisation can be made by either bank transfer, credit card, cheque, IBG, or Telegraphic Transfer. Please indicate which is your preferred mode of payment when you send us your registration form.
Is an instalment plan available?
Yes, an instalment plan is available for self-sponsored participants attending our certification courses, subject to approval by the General Manager.
When do I need to make payment for the programme?
Once the programme that you registered for is confirmed, we will send you an electronic invoice. Hard copy invoices can be sent upon your request. Payments have to reach us before the commencement of the programmes.
Can payment be made on the day of the course?
Yes, please hand your cheque or cash payment to our representative at the reception table when you arrive.
Can I get a refund if I am not able to attend the course but have already made payment?
We will only issue credit vouchers in place of refunds. The credit voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used on a course of similar value or as an offset for a course of higher value.
