Is it alright for the company to indicate fixed overtime hours in the employment contract?

Appreciate any advice you can give.

We indicate fixed overtime hours in the employment and we ensure that it does not exceed the monthly 72 hours overtime limit (excluding public holidays and rest day). We also pay a fixed overtime allowance that covers the overtime hours stated in the contract.
