Flexi Dress Code
QUESTION
Dear HR Practitioners,
My company is currently exercising smart casual dress code on Fridays. However, jeans are not allowed. Would like to seek everyone's advice if a casual dress code should be adapted on Fridays or at least jeans (not ripped ones) should be allowed. Please share your company's practice too. Thank you.

On Friday we allow smart casual wear such as t-shirt and jeans but no flip flops.

Our company has been exercising smart casual dress code for all 6 working days. Jeans (not ripped) allowed on Saturday and happy workplace activities days.

We are located at Tuas and we do not mind employees wearingjeans. It can be quite smart if you wear it right.
