Good Attendance Reward
Hi HR Practitioners,
I would like to know if anyone can share company HR practices on Good Attendance reward.
I think we should not be bringing this culture of rewarding the people with the best attendance. The reason is - employers already are paying to the employee, i.e. it is understood that the employee is expected to be present on time to work, be available without unplanned leaves exceptions like bereavement or sick or any other emergency leaves.
If this is designed, it may give a feel of motivating the people to motivate themselves for what they are already paid and paid again!
Yes! We paying $ 300 every 3 months as a reward. The terms and condition will be no lateness, no early dismissal, no MC / HL, no unpaid leave as well.
