Our Jakarta company is employing Sales Executive - degree holder with 2 yrs experience in industrial selling. Gross salary between IDR 5,000,000 to 7,000,000. Please advise if salary is competitive and any guidelines for car allowance for use of personal vehicle.

- A Company car or fixed allowance 3,000,000.

At my company, we pay USD750 - USD1,000 for base salary and USD150 for car and gasoline allowance.
