How to use the Community

1. Ask HRAI for your HR queries
HRAI is your channel for HR questions, available day or night. Describe your HR challenge with enough detail and context, and HRAI will give you relevant, practical guidance. Please direct all queries to HRAI rather than posting them to the community.

2. Search the Archives for more depth
If you'd like to see how similar issues have played out for other HR professionals, the HR Community Archives are a good place to look. You may find a fuller discussion or a related case study there.

3. Some articles are protected for a short period. New articles are shared with our free community members first, marked "Protected" before they join the general archive. Joining the community is the best way to stay on top of the latest discussions and read new articles as soon as they're released, at no cost. Non-subscribers who'd like early access to a protected article will be asked to pay a one-time fee of SGD 49. Sharing protected article content or access credentials with non-subscribers is not permitted, and accounts found doing so may be suspended. 4. Take part in our polls
The community engages through polls on current HR topics and challenges. Vote and share your comments on poll questions to add your perspective and learn from others' experience.

5. Engage professionally and respectfully
Keep your comments constructive and respect different opinions. Please avoid self-promotion or advertising. The community is here for knowledge sharing and support.

6. Network and keep learning
Connect with HR professionals from business, government, education and non-profits. Our seminars, workshops and certification courses are a good way to broaden your skills and network further.

Membership is free, always. Subscription to the HR Community is free for all HR professionals, in Singapore and globally. This will never change.

Articles are protected. New articles are shared with our free community members with an access code to read the latest discussions.
