HR Initiatives for Workers
QUESTION
Hi HR Professionals,
We implemented telehealth as an HR programme for our employees recently.
We noted that the adoption rate for our white-collar employees was much higher (80%) than our blue-collar workers where we had an adoption rate of less than 10%.
As part of the implementation process, simple materials were provided to managers and supervisors which they used to brief their staff.
However, their awareness was still low. Most had even forgotten about this scheme when asked if they had heard it from their supervisors.
Thus, we wish to learn from you about how you implement HR activities successfully in your organisations, especially if you were able to increase awareness and acceptance by blue-collar workers.
Thanks.
Jaz
