Latecoming Pregnant Employee
QUESTION
Dear HR Practitioners,
Our company receptionist is frequently late for work in the mornings due to pregnancy reasons.
How would you deal with this situation where her position requires her to be punctual? Other staff have been helping out with no complaints, but is this something to be addressed?
Thank you.

We will deduct the pay or leave of the employee for lateness.
