Leave Formula from Full-time to Part-time
QUESTION
Dear HR Community
As I am new in this line, I would like to check on the formula for calculating annual, medical and hospitalisation leave for the employee.
Let's say the employee has 20 days of annual leave per year and is a full-time employee from 1 Jan to 30 may but will convert into a part-time employee from 1 June onwards.
May I know what is the total number of leave she has?
Also, she has 14 days of medical leave and is entitled to 46 days of hospitalisation.
Best regards,
Cherlyn
