Maintaining Employee Records
QUESTION
Dear HR Practitioners,
I would like to know what format or how should I retain employee records? Should it be in a detailed file with all different sections or can it be on a Word document printed out and kept in a file?

Our p-file contains all the hard copies of employee information. Soft copy is doable too but need to scan and label them in the computer folder.
