Hi HR Practitioners,
Does anyone know when the following policy was implemented by MOM?
"Where the company is required to reimburse 100% of the cost of the consultation fee"
Is it recent? And how do I check when was it implemented?
It has been in the employment act all along.
This is mandatory by MOM and has been implemented for a long long time, it does not matter whether when it has been implemented, It is a matter that the company needs to comply and not question.
