Myanmar Allowance Proposal
Dear HR Professionals,
Does anyone know if I were to come up with an allowance proposal for Myanmar hiring, what factors should I take into consideration and how should I propose amount comparable to the Myanmar market?
You may wish to use IRAS Per Diem Rate as a guide to work out something?
What kind of Myanmar allowance are you referring to for Myanmar hiring? If you could elaborate little more, I could share more insights as we have hired candidates in Myanmar before.
