No Pay Leave for EP Pass Holders

QUESTION

Dear HR Community Subscribers,

Would it be acceptable by law to allow EP Pass Holders to reduce their 6 day work week to a 5 day work week by taking numerous no pay leaves every month to the extent of monthly salary paid dropping by 20% as they are exhausted and wants additional days off.
