We have 3 days of family care/community care leave for staff who are not entitled to childcare leave. No proof is required.

From Chemical Industry

We have family care leave to regular employee, who has completed 3 months of continuous service, will be entitled to 3 working days.

This leave is granted to employee whose family members or children who require their attention.
