Question
Dear HR Practitioners,
If a female employee is eligible for 12 weeks of maternity leave (8 weeks paid by employer and 4 weeks unpaid) for non-Singaporean child, does your company allow the unpaid 4 weeks or even 8 weeks to be covered by paid hospitalisation leave as long as the gynae is willing to issue the medical certificate for the employee to have a longer period to recover/recuperate from delivery?
Thanks!
