Quarantine Order Allowance Scheme and SHN Support Scheme
QUESTION
Dear HR Professionals
Has any HR professional successfully claimed the above from MOH and or MOM.
From what I understand from MOH/MOM officer, the allowance is for an employer and not for the employee, provided the employee did not suffer any loss of salaries or leave benefits during the 14 days QO/SHN period.
I did write to MOH to clarify but was not given any clear answer.
Would like to hear how other HR Professionals interpret the MOH fact sheet.
Regards
Janet
