Hi HR professionals,

To attract recruitment, does your company practice "Referral Program"?

If yes, what is the incentive amount? and what is the criteria?

Yes, our company do practice “Referral Program”. The referral will be paid a sum of S$1,000.00 for each candidate he recommended. On condition the new joined employee has to worked through six (6) months,, cash disbursement will be paid on the next following month.

Yes, for internal referral, we will give a $100 NTUC vouchers to the referrer if the referee is chosen and officially starts with the company.
