Hi All HR Professionals,

I am reviewing my company's benefits and would like to know the usual practice or the benchmark for mobile phone charges reimbursements/claims for the current year?

For our company we normally pay up to SGD40 for normal local calls and reimbursement of actual call charges for official IDD calls.

In our company we had given all the staff with SGD60/SGD80 respectively for their mobile monthly allowance.
