Revising Salary Package
Dear HR Professionals,
We are reviewing the salary structure. We realised that we have given an employee too high salary package to him in view of his experience & qualification. Can the company revised his salary package?
There are a few approaches. Explain to the employee the new salary structure and
a) The need to lower his salary package. If he agrees, proceed to revise and lower the salary package.
b) That his salary will be frozen for x number of years. If he agrees, proceed accordingly.
c) That his variable bonus will be reduced by x %. If he agrees, proceed accordingly.
