QUESTION

Dear HR folks,

I believe most of us (if not all) compensate an employee with a PH in lieu if he works Monday – Friday (5-day week) and when a PH falls on a Saturday. What if an employee works on Monday – Wednesday (3-day week)? Do we need to compensate him with a PH in lieu if a PH falls on a Friday and Saturday?
