A Training function (department) needs to remain relevant in order to avoid being regarded as a company liability. To do so, it needs to be an integral part of the business by being strategic. It cannot operate like an administrative function.

This two-day course will focus on a Strategic Training Management framework that provides the training practitioners with an approach to manage their training function strategically.
