Travel Insurance Payout
Would like to find out how do you treat Travel Insurance payout to a company for an incident like flight delayed/cancelled involved staff who travelled? Do you pay staff for their inconveniences?
Our company purchase group travel insurance for our employees. They will be compensated according to the insured items (where applicable).
Does your company buy travel insurance for your staff when they travel? If so, they can make a claim with the insurer. Therefore it would cover all the incidentals or inconveniences they had to face.
Usually, this is covered by the travel insurance and they do provide details on the policy. Your company’s appointed policy agent will follow up for you as long as you provide the details to them. More than 6 hours of delay is covered for such example.
