Utilisation of JSS funding
QUESTION
Dear HR Practitioners,
I would like to ask if your organisation has any initiatives or plans to utilise the Jobs Support Scheme (JSS) funding from the government to either give back partially to employees or to the society in the form of donations etc.
Would appreciate if you can share your industry and how your company plans to use or has used the JSS funding.
Regards
Ivy
REPLY
Dear Ivy,
We have not decided on how we will be utilizing the JSS funding. We may disburse a portion of the funding back to the staff and a portion to charity. This is still at the discussion stage. It has not been finalized yet.
Thank you.
Best regards
Mun Leng
