I wanted to understand the policies for employees in Singapore related to working late in the office after the office hours. Does the companies in Singapore provide drop by taxi’s to the employees staying late for work, is there a provision for dinner for the employees working late?

Request you to please let me know the normal practice adopted by companies in Singapore with respect to the above. Thanks,

1. We allowed reimburse of taxi fare for employee work beyong 8pm. They can also claim for meal expenses which capped at S$8/- per pax.

2. Our company provide reimbursement for Taxi expense after 8pm, but no dinner allowance.
